PAYMENT 

All invoices require full payment up front. We do not offer any terms. Too many people abuse it in our industry, and we’re not here to get burned. You pay, we produce. It's that simple.

TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)

Every order from Enemy Lab Designs is made-to-order right here in Arizona. We don’t pull from shelves — we engrave your gear when you order it. That means 7–10 business days before it ships. Need it faster? That’s called a rush order — and yes we can handle that for you. It does cost extra.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Unless we’ve agreed, Enemy Lab Designs retains the right to showcase your order in our marketing and social media. You ordered awesome gear — don’t be shocked when we show it off.
